How the process works
Upon filling out the form above I will reach out to you first to confirm all of the information you entered is correct.
Once everything has been confirmed I will call your referral and ask them a series of questions and to make sure they are on board with the R.I.O program.
After both parties have been contacted I will email each with documentation that will need signatures and make the referral binding to all parties.
When the ink is dried on the signatures the search for homes or listings appointments will start and the real estate process will begin. During this time you will sit back and kick your feet up while your referral and I run around. This process does not have a set time frame as everyone's home needs are different.
When a home is found or listing appointment has been completed I will update all parties of the status of the process.
Into contract we go - this typically takes 60/90 days to complete after contracts are fully executed.
Closing is here! I will call parties prior to closing to make them aware of the date. When the closing is finished I will reach out to the person that sent the referral and let them know that their $2,000 will be in their hand within a 2 week time frame!
What you need to know
- Referral party can offer the incentive to their referred buyer or seller.
- Both parties can split the incentive in a 50/50 split.
- Minimum home purchase or listing has to be $5,000.
- This offer only applies through Jacek Czaplicki and not the main office.
- This offer is only available within Nassau county & Suffolk County.
- Both parties will be bound by formal documents/contracts.
